Easy Mushroom 65 recipe, How to make Mushroom 65 using an air fryer
Air fried Mushroom 65 recipe, Mushroom 65 is air fried using the air fryer. It will let your Mushroom 65 turn out crispy on the outside but still tender and juicy on the inside. Air fryers use less oil than any deep fryer. Anything you fry with hot air will have a much lower fat content. - 250g Mushrooms(medium size)/காளான்கள்
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste/இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour/அரிசி மாவு
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour/சோள மாவு
- A pinch Red Food Colour (optional)/சிவப்பு உணவு வண்ணம்
- ½ tsp Red chili powder/சிவப்பு மிளகாய் தூள்
- ⅓ tsp turmeric powder/மஞ்சள் தூள்
- Salt as required/உப்பு
- Wash and clean the mushroom. cut them into halves.
- Take a mixing bowl to add mushrooms, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, food color (optional), Rice flour, cornflour, and salt.
- Give a toss and add little water mix well. Make sure that the mushrooms are well coated with the flour.
- rest it for 10 mins.
- transfer them into the fryer basket(in a preheated air fryer). Fry 15 mins @180 degree Celcius.
- Open the air fryer in between and flip the other side of mushroom and fry again.
- In 15 mins crispy and juicy Mushroom 65 is ready using Air Fryer.
If you don't want to fry in air fryer you can deep fry in oil.
Adjust salt and spice according to your taste buds.

Easy Mushroom 65 recipe, How to make Mushroom 65 using an air fryer
