- ½ cup urad dal,
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds,
- 3 dried red chilies,
- a tsp of gingelly oil
- a tsp of Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Take ½ cup chana dal, ½ cup urad dal, 2 tbsp white sesame seeds, 3 dried red chilies, and hing.
- Heat a pan with a tsp of gingelly oil, roast urad dal, chana dal, sesame seeds, hing, chilies, one by one on low flame, till it turns crisp & lightly golden.
- Powder it with a tsp of Kashmiri chili powder + 1 tsp salt.
