always fry the Bondas in low to medium flame, so that the bondas cook well. also, do not over fry the Bondas.
Some people soak the Fried Bondas in hot water to make soft but I skipped it because we love crispy Bondas not the soggy.
The Above Pic is the lunch plate that I shared recently on Instagram. My People asked the recipe, here I am sharing the recipe of Bonda mor kuzhambu. It tastes so heavenly with hot rice, we can have the dunked Bondas itself as a side dish, but it pairs well with Kothavarangai Paruppusili, Tomato Rasam and Appalam.
