Sorakkai Kuttu


 
Ingerdients:
1/2 cup Mysore Dhall
1/2 cup Sorakai(bottle groud) cut into small cubes
a pinch of Turmeric powder
salt to taste

Grind to paste:
1tsp jeera
2-3 green chilles
3 tsp coconut
Seasonings:
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cummin seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
Method of Preparation:
wash peel and cut groud into cubes.Add Dhal, Turmeric Powder, salt and add sufficient water.cook till done
Heat oil add seasonings and add grinded paste into it.
Add cooked dhal into it.
cook it for 4-5 mins in low flame once they become soft serve it with hot rice.
