Paneer Filling Preparation:
- Crumble the paneer and keep aside. First, prepare the paneer filling. Heat oil in a pan, add onions toss them. Add tomatoes saute it well.
- Add the Indian Spice powders like Turmeric Powder, Roasted cumin powder, Chat masala, and salt.Add the Crumbled paneer and saute well.Paneer filling is ready, squeeze some lime juice, let the filling to cool for some time.
How to Assemble the Paneer Sandwich(Paneer Sandwich making):
- Take a bread slice apply mint chutney on it.
- Spread the paneer stuffing
- Arrange the cucumber slices, cheese.
- Take another bread slice and apply the tamarind chutney and close the sandwich.
- Grilled the sandwich and serve with tomato sauce.

- 250g paneer crumbled
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp chat masala
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 2-3 tbsp cheese
- 2 tbsp chat chutney
- salt as needed
