soya 65 is prepared using protein-rich Soya chunks, it is marinated in spices and flavored with yogurt, and then deep-fried. This interesting soya 65 is a perfect amalgamation of spices, tangy yogurt, and juicy soya.
Soya chunks 65 Recipe Ingredients & Substitute:
250g of Soya Chunks, You can use any brand of soya chunks make sure it is good quality, medium-sized meal makers.
To make the soya 65 batter & Marination, we need 2 tbsp thick & creamy curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp rice flour (instead of Kashmiri chili powder you can use 1 tsp normal chili powder too)
Oil for Deep frying, curry leaves for garnishing.

How to make Soya 65 at home with some very simple steps:
Heat a pan, boil 2 cups of water, add 250g of Soya Chunks. Let it boil until frothy and soft. Now drain the water and squeeze the excess water. Into a wide bowl add 2 tbsp curd.
1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp rice flour mix well and make a paste.
Now add the soya chunks, mix well with the paste, and keep aside. Now heat the kadai with oil. Either you can deep fry or shallow fry them, once it turns crisp and golden, drain the oil and remove them. Crispy and Juicy Soya 65 is ready to serve!
