soak soya in hot water for 15 mins.Squeeze out extra water completely then pulse grind for a second,keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon stick ,cloves.Add the onion and tomatoes fry well,till it becomes soft.Now add in the ginger garlic paste saute well.Now add in the chilly powder,coriander powder,salt.fry till the raw smell goes.

  3. don’t dust the paratha too much with the wheat flour ,the paratha will become hard.
  4. sometime the stuffing may come out while rolling it, dont worry just roll it and dust with little flour make it.
  5. drizzle little oil on top while making paratha so that it taste excellent.
