Mullangi Kulambu, Arachu Vitta Mullangi Masala Kuzhambu(White Radish recipes)

Mullangi Kulambu is made with freshly ground coconut masala called Arachuvitta Mullangi Kuzhambu(Chettinad Style Masala Kuzhambu Recipe) made with White Radish. Simple Mullangi Kuzhambu goes well with any type of Poriyal and simply with Papad too. I Shared the Mullangi Sambar recipe, and Tambrahm Style Mullangi Arachuvitta Sambar recipe long back after that I made the Mullangi Chutney recipe both are very close to my heart because both are amma’s recipes, which she makes very often at home. Other than Sambar we use red radish to make salads. This mullangi Masala Kulmbu is similar to Masala Kuzhmbu recipe made with Avarakkai.

This Chettinad Special Masala Kuzhambu is made with freshly ground masala. It’s a Tangy, spicy, and tasty dish from Chettinad cuisine. The secret Ingredient Khus khus Kasa Kasa Poppy Seeds (கசகசா) makes the kuzhambu so rich and tasty. Since Kush Kush is not available in the UAE, we can replace it by adding cashews. We make it with our favorite vegetable of our choice like brinjal & drumstick combo, Broad beans, potato, etc. recipe below.
