Radbri/Rabri is a yummy dessert that we can make under 15 mins. similarly, Amrakhand is also you can make under 15 mins, if you have hung curd handy. Actually, this is the first post I have decided to publish before kesar ellaichi shrikhand but somehow it keep postponing. After motichoor ladoo, i would love to make mango shrikhand again and again. Creamy and delicious Mango Shrikhand i too good with pori and batura. A Very simple recipe you can make a yummy dessert for your guest.
The first time I had Mango Shrikhand at a friends house and thought it is a very tedious process to make.After few months, I have made it on my own hands. Very first time itself it came out very well.

Check the video link to make hung curd. Make ready the hung curd and then proceed with the recipe. Now add a pinch saffron with the 2 tbsp of warm milk, let it bleed.
Scoop out the mango pulp and blend it, make the mango puree.
Add the bleed saffron milk with the hung curd. Add elaichi/cardamoms powder and nutmeg powder, mix well.
Blend wwll into a smooth thick and creamy yogurt. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
Add the mango puree and mix well. Amrakhand is ready to serve now.
- 1 cup hund curd
- 2 mangoes / amm
- 4-5 ellachi / cardamoms
- a pinch kesar stands/saffron
- 2 tbsp sugar
