Rabri or Radbri is a delicious sweet which can be formed by the thickned milk layer of cream. This recipe is the short cut method of the traditional way of making Rabri (lacha Rabri in hindi) ,you can make it in below 30 minutes times.Gujarati basundi is also a rich and delicious dessert of thickened milk, very similar to the north indian rabdi which is made ofAlmonds and pistachios.
