Ingredients
- 1 tin evaporated milk(200ml)
- ½ cup solid milk(Koya)
- 10 pistachios (crushed)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 cardamom (crushed)
Instructions
- Add the Koya in the pan and make it moist free. Now add the evaporated milk and stir well.
- Stir continuously and till become thick, you can see a solid layers can be formed while string.Now add in the sugar mix well.If you are using condensed milk no need to add sugar.
- Finally add the pistachios, crushed cardamoms and saffron, mix well.Here is the thick and yummy is ready serve.
Notes
If you want to try it using the milk, then boil 5 cups of milk and bring it to 1 cup and then proceed with the steps.
