Easy Chocolate ice cream recipe with zero artificial Stabilizers, Emulsifiers, or Colorants.I used only natural cream, cocoa powder and condensed absolutely nothing else.it’s unadulterated ice cream bliss.without ice cream maker and egg is the one am looking for long and it’s the right time to make and post here. Since it is summer kids enjoy ice cream if we make it at home and also no artificial colour and flavour.

Actually me and Aishu doesn’t like the chocolate flavour we love only vanilla. But we had a chance to taste Belgian Chocolate ice cream and then we have started buying Haagen-Dazs ice creams. As she is learning the vocal and she should not have more ice cream which spoil her throat, but I promised her to give ice cream monthly once:) And also she prefer home made ice cream than store bought ones.

Easy Chocolate ice cream recipe, zero artificial Stabilizers, Emulsifiers, or Colorants.Only with 3 ingredients natural cream, cocoa powder and condensed milk.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
  • ¼ can sweetened condensed milk {about ¼ cup}
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. chill a large mixing bowl and the beaters of an electric mixer (or whisk attachment of a stand mixer) in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  2. Gently stir in sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder,mix well.
  3. Pour whipping cream into the chilled bowl. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  4. Now mix the both the mixture well and spoon into a freezer safe container, cover, and freeze for about 3 hours or overnight.
Notes
You can add chocolate syrup instead cocoa powder.
