Poricha Kuzhambu



Ingredients:

Moong Dhal 1/2 cup
jeera 1tsp
chopped onion 1/2 cup
chopped tomotoes 1/2 cup
green chillies 3
oil 2 tsp
Drumstick 1 cup
sambar powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
curry leaves 1 sprig
corriender for garnishing
salt to taste

Method of preparation:

                                Clean and cut the vegetables  and keep aside.

                   Pressure the moong dhal with enough water and turmeric powder and keep aside.

Heat the oil in a pan,add jeera into it.Fry the onion,tomatoes,greenchilli and drumstick(veg)in the same pan.

Slowly add the cooked dhal into the fried mixture,add salt and sambar powder.let them cook for few minutes.Once the drumstick becomes soft garnish the khuzhambu with coriander leaves,it is ready to serve.

          You can serve it with Potato/Sepakizhangu Fry.
