Easy and Tasty Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingerdients:

1 cup pineapple chunks
3 cups of cooked  rice
1 onion  chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
Ajjanamota 1 tsp
Mixed vegetables 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tsp
salt and pepper to taste

Method of Preparation:

Heat the oil in a pan,add onion ,garlic,mixed vegetable and fry them.
Add Cooked rice fry it.
Add Ajjinamoto,salt and pepper.
Sim down the stove and atlast add pineapple chunks init.
Dont cook it for long time.
Once the rice is fried well take it from the flame and serve it in the pineapple shell.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
