How to peel the Nendrangai, Nendran(Kerala Banana), Raw Green Plantain.

  1. Cut the Ends off and then slice the skin along ridges using the knife.
  2. Now remove the ridges using your finger and the knife.
  3. slice if any extra ridges.

Once you peel off the skin slice it thinly with the slicer or use the knife to get it perfect. I have used the knife for slicing it. Remember that if you a grater then the slices are very thin but in a knife you will get little thicker but you can slice it evenly.
