Ingredients
  • 2 cups Wheat Flour ,
  • ½ cup Soya Chunks
  • 1 cinnamon stick,2 cloves
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 tsp Oil ,1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • water as needed
  • Salt- to taste
Instructions
  1. soak soya in hot water for 15 mins.
  2. Squeeze out extra water completely then pulse grind for a second,keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon stick ,cloves.
  4. Add the onion and tomatoes fry well,till it becomes soft.
  5. Now add in the ginger garlic paste saute well.
  6. Now add in the chilly powder,coriander powder, salt.fry till the raw smell goes.
  7. Now add in the soya keema and mix well with the masala.
  8. Once done Switch off the stove add coriander leaves and let it to cool down.
  9. Make the chapathi dough and stuff a tbsp of keema in side dough and roll it like a ball.
  10. dust with the wheat flour and start rolling it. Flatten it like the chapathi.
  11. Heat dosa tawa and place the paratha,drizzle oil and cook until the parathas turn golden brown on both sides.
  12. Paratha is ready now you can have it with pickle.
