Soya keema paratha recipe,how to make soft keema paratha

- 2 cups Wheat Flour ,
- ½ cup Soya Chunks
- 1 cinnamon stick,2 cloves
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 tsp Oil ,1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Red Chilli powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
- water as needed
- Salt- to taste
- soak soya in hot water for 15 mins.
- Squeeze out extra water completely then pulse grind for a second,keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add cinnamon stick ,cloves.
- Add the onion and tomatoes fry well,till it becomes soft.
- Now add in the ginger garlic paste saute well.
- Now add in the chilly powder,coriander powder, salt.fry till the raw smell goes.
- Now add in the soya keema and mix well with the masala.
- Once done Switch off the stove add coriander leaves and let it to cool down.
- Make the chapathi dough and stuff a tbsp of keema in side dough and roll it like a ball.
- dust with the wheat flour and start rolling it. Flatten it like the chapathi.
- Heat dosa tawa and place the paratha,drizzle oil and cook until the parathas turn golden brown on both sides.
- Paratha is ready now you can have it with pickle.
