PineApple Jam Tart




Ingredients:

For Tart:

Butter 125g
Caster Sugar 50g
Egg yolk 1
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Custard flour 20g
Corn flour 40g
Plain flour 160g
Pineapple jam

For Pineapple Jam:

Grated Pineapple 250g
Caster sugar 125g
Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp.
Method of Preparation:

Tart:


 
Step:1

Beat butter,sugar,egg yolkand vanilla essence,until light and fluffy.
Gradually incorporate flour mixture.
Mixwell.

Step:2

Make the dough like chapathi dough(soft and light).

Roll out dough to 5 mm thickness using the chapathi roller.

Step:3

Mould the dough into shape using jam-tart mould.
If u dont have the mould make it into your desired shape.

Step:4

Place the tart on  greased baking tray.
Fill the jam on it.
Bake in preheated 180 degree celsius oven for 15-20 min or until cook.

Pineapple Jam:

Cook all three ingredients over medium heat until thick.
Pineapple jam is ready.
You can keep any jam on the top.

Note:

Keep the Pineapple Jam Tart into the Air-tight container,so that it will come for long days.
