Cupcakes in Icecream Cones
For cupcake:
1 cup selfraising flour
1/2 cup butter/margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup caster sugar
Vanilla essence a drop
For frosting:
1 cup butter
3 food colours
1/2 cup Icing sugar
1/4 cup whipped cream
For icecream cones:
1 pkt candies
6 icecream cones
Method:
Combine and whisk all the cupcake ingredients together in a bowl.Seperate it into 2 equal parts.Pour one part of content in Minicup cake try and other into normal cupcake try.Cook for about 2.5 minutes on 180 power in microwave. (Cooking time may vary a little with the power of microwave).takeout and cool it for few mins,meanwhile prepare the frostings.Melt the butter in microwave almost 60% to melt and add the icing sugar and whipped cream into it and beat it until become fluffy.seperate the cream into 3 parts add 3 different colours.Keep aside.
Fill them with candies
close it with normal sized cupcakes
keep butter on the top of the normal sized cupcake and keep the mini cupcakes on the top
Sprinkle the chocolate rice on the top of the frosting ,
