Seppakizhangu Fry | colacasia Roast

Ingredients:
100g Sepakizhangu
1 and half tbsp oil
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sambar powder
salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

Wash and boil the sepakizhangu.Peel the skin and cut it into medium size pieces.

Heat oil in the pan.Add kizhangu,sambar powder,turmeric powder and salt.Roast until it become golden brown.

Serve it with sambar/dhal.
