Tindora stir fry | கோவக்காய் வறுவல்
Ingredients:
Tindora 100g
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomatoes 2 finely Chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Sambar powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1
Curry leaves 1 sprig
cloves 2 -3
Oil 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Wash and cut the Tindora into your desired shapes.
Heat the kadai with oil and add the cloves and cinnamon sticks.
Wait until pops out,add onion,tomatoes,curry leaves,gingergarlic paste,salt ,sambar powder,turmeric powder and
tindora.
Add one by one and stir it each time.
Cover and cook it for 5 min.
Once it cooks well,
Transfer it into a plate and it is ready to serve.
This is nice combination for rasam and sambar.
