Kollu Chutney Recipe with Coconut Recipe,
Heat oil in a pan and roast the kollu, coconut, garlic and dry red chili. Make sure that it should not burn. Once done transfer it to a plate and let it cool for some time.
Add salt and tamarind, grind it to a smooth paste. Add little water while grinding. Kollu Chutney is ready to serve.
Serve kollu chutney with hot idli or dosai.

- 2 garlic pods
- 2 tbsp coconut
- ½ tsp salt
