  • 1 tsp oil
  • ⅓ cup Kollu
  • 4 dry red chili
  • 2 garlic pods
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • ½ tsp salt
  • little tamarind
  1. Heat oil in a pan and roast the kollu, coconut, garlic and dry red chili.
  2. Make sure that it should not burn.
  3. Once done transfer it to a plate and let it cool for some time.
  4. Add salt and tamarind, grind it to a smooth paste.
  5. Add little water while grinding. Kollu Chutney is ready to serve.
  6. Serve it with hot idli or dosa or rice
