Homemade Swiss Roll

Homemade Swiss Roll:

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 cup caster sugar

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

Strawberry Jam for Filling.

Method:

    Beat all the ingredients execpt the jam until it become soft and fluffy.

Transfer the mixture into a greased tray or a non-stick tray or can use tray with foil,spread the
mixture all over the plate into a thin coat.

Preheat the oven for about 180 degree for 10 mins.Keep the tray inside the oven bake it for 25-30 mins for about 180 dregree.

                                        Take out the tray from oven and let it cool for 5 to 10 mins

Turn the cake over a greased sheet slowly

Take out the foil slowly

Turn the otherside carefully and apply the jam

                                                           Roll it carefully

                                         Slice and serve.Homemade Swiss Roll is ready to serve.
