Kurkuri Bhindi recipe, crispy spicy okra (baked) is a crispy and healthy snack. “Kurkuri Bhindi recipe” is very easy and method making Bhindi(okra recipe) I have shared the youtube video making Kurkuri bhindi in this post. Bhindi

Wash the okra/Bhindi. dry the okra in a towel. Once dried, cut each okra into 4 slices.

Then add in besan, garam masala, turmeric, chaat masala, and red chili powder. Then add the oil.
Add little water and make a thick paste. Add the sliced okra into the bowl. Toss everything together.
rest the mixture for 10 minutes.

Line a large baking tray with aluminum foil. Then spray the foil nicely with oil.
Then arrange all the coated okra slices on the baking sheet. Bake at 400-degree f for 20 to 30 minutes until brown and crisp.

Transfer to a serving plate, you can squeeze lemon juice or sprinkle some more chaat masala.
Serve Kurkuri bhindi as an appetizer or a side to any dish.

  • 3 tbsp besan/Kadalai Maavu/gram flour
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric/Manjal Thool
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp oil/Ennai
  • salt, to taste
