Vada Pappu Recipe with Step by Step Pictures and Video. Vada Pappu Prasadham will be offered to the God Rama During Rama Navami along with Neer Moor and Panakam. It is made of Moong dal(pesara pappu), Carrot, cucumber(dosa kaya), Coconut(kob bari), lime juice(nimma rasam), chilli(karam) and salt. Sri Rama Navami is around the corner. I wanted to share the date of Rama Navami this year, Wednesday, April 5th Rama Navami 2017 in Arunachal Pradesh. Wishing you all my reader and friends Happy Rama Navami to all and enjoy the Festival!
The TamilNadu Version of Vada Pappu we call it as Kosambariand it is slightly different because we temper the mustard seeds and finally we saute the Paruppu along the tempering. Kosambari is also a special dish we offer to the God Rama! Actually, I have started fasting almost 12 years back, after seeing my friend Mani taking Rama Navami Pooja. Rama Navami Pooja is good to worship Rama Navami for the welfare of family wellness. On that date, it is good to read the Ram Janam(story of the birth of Lord Rama) or simply we can chant the Ramnam(Rama’s Name). I still remember, we will write Sri Rama Jayam 1000 times in paper and tied it like a malai and we put it for Hanuman. I personally believe that thing will happen soon if we put Sri Rama Jayam Malai and Betel Leaves Malai for Hanuman on Saturday. Let us see How to make Vada-Pappu-Recipe-For-Sri-Rama-Navami.
