Bean’s Sprout Samosa

Bean’s Sprout Samosa:

Ingredients:

5-6 pastry sheets
1/2 tsp maida flour, mixed in a tsp of water(for pasting the corners)
oil for deep frying
1 cup bean’s sprout masala

Method:

Take a pastry sheet,keep a tsp of  Bean’s sprout masala in the middle and fold it into the triangle(samosa) shape,use the maida paste to stick the corners.Repeat the same step in all pastry sheets and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry them one by one.
Take it out from oil and serve hot with tomato sauce.
