Broad Beans, Fava beans

How to cook and clean Fresh Broad Beans, Unlike other beans it is very easy to clean and cook these broad beans.  They are bigger in size so just peel the outer thick shell and remove the thick beans. The outer seed pod can only be eaten in very young beans. Otherwise, it’s the seeds within the pods that you want to eat. squeeze each bean until the inner section pops out. Cook time is very less since they are very tender beans. It takes about 3 to 5 mins to cook. So we can make any curry or kurma with these beans.
