About this stir fry, this is not like our South Indian Beans Poriyal(fully cooked version) This is something partially cooked and tasty crunchy while you bite. The Thai Chilies enhance the tastes, if you get that chilies(chili Paadi) use it otherwise you can use regular green chiles too. Try to get the fresh tender beans because the whole process of cooking is just 3 mins, get the tender beans so that they will cook properly. Let’s see How to Make Beans Stir Fry.
Beans Stir Fry Recipe,
- 250g fresh tender beans
- 2 thai red chilies
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- ½ stock cubes
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- Chop everything finely like as in the picture and keep ready.
- Heat a wok with 1 tbsp oil(preferably sesame oil), in medium to high heat.
- Add garlic, onion saute it for 30 seconds, and then add chiles, saute it
- Add beans, and stock cube(if no stock cube add ½ tsp salt).
- After adding the stock cube or salt the beans started to leave the water, so keep in high flame toss it well for 30 seconds
- Finally, add soy sauces and give a nice toss, then switch of that's it.
- Beans stir fry ready!
- Serve it with any curry of your choice.
Actual recipe calls for the stock cubes, if you don't have to adjust with salt
After adding the soy sauce don't cook, the beans will turn mushy.
Beans Stir Fry Recipe, Step By Step Recipe:
Chop everything finely like as in the picture and keep ready.

Add garlic, onion saute it for 30 seconds, and then add chiles, saute it
Add beans, and stock cube(if no stock cube add 1/2 tsp salt).
After adding the stock cube or salt the beans started to leave the water, so keep in high flame toss it well for 30 seconds
Finally, add soy sauces and give a nice toss, then switch of that’s it.
Beans stir fry ready!
Serve it with any curry of your choice.
