No Bake Cherry Cheese Cake with easy and simple Procedure

I hope you all had a nice and warm Valentine’s Day! Yesterday i made this  special cherry cheese cake with lot of love for my hubby and daughter.Both enjoyed the cake.Here am sharing the recipe for you guys.

Ingredients:

150g crushed marie biscuits
60g melted butter
20g gelatin
60ml warm water
3 egg yolks
150g sugar
150ml milk(fresh/UHT)
250g cream cheese
250g dairy whipping cream
10ml lemon juice
100g dark sweet pitted cherries
2-3 tbsp any sauce,i used cherry sauce(optional)

Method:

Cherry cheese cake

Crush the biscuits and add in melted butter.Press into base of a 9” mousse ring.
Dissolve gelatin and warm water and keep aside.

Mix egg yolks and sugar till creamy.Heat up the milk and add in with the egg yolk mixture and mix well.
Then add in gelatin mixture and mix thoroughly.Cool this cream mixture for sometime.

Beat cream cheese till light.Add in dairy whipping cream and add in  the cooled cream mixture and stir till well incorporated.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared biscuit base.Drop the dark pitted cherries.Leave to cool.

Refrigerate it for 1 hour and then slowly take out the mousse ring. Here is the cheese cake is set nicely.
Apply on top with sauce/jam of your choice like cherry or blue berry or strawberry sauce,etc.
