Indian Mee Goreng Recipe


Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic (chopped)
3 tablespoons of chili paste
1 pkt of yellow noodles (rinsed)
3 pieces of  bean curds (cut into pieces and fried it)
1 potato (boiled, peeled, and sliced)
A handful of bean sprouts
2 tsp light soy sauce
3 tsp  tomato ketchup
Sugar and salt to taste

Method:

Heat the pan and add oil. Add garlic, chili paste, sliced potatoes, bean curd pieces,. Stir fry until fragrant. Add yellow noodles and sauces and continue stirring. Add the beansprouts and quick stir for another 1 minute. Serve hot and garnish with chopped coriender.Squeeze some lime juice over the noodles before having it.
