Simple Brocolli noodles | Simple Noodles in Few Minutes | Dinner ideas
This is Simple Noodle recipe with has nice flavour and aroma,yet healthy recipe too…Kids friendly noodles and nice way to feed vegie to the kids.
Ingredients:
100g Brocolli,
1 chopped onion
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oil
A pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger& garlic paste
1 pocket plain noodles
1 pocket plain noodles
1 inch cinnamon stick
2- 3 cloves
salt to taste
salt to taste
Method:
1.Cook the noodles in water for few minutes and stain the water ,keep aside. Separate the Broccoli flowerets,add a pinch turmeric and salt half boil it,keep aside.
2.Heat the oil in a wok,add cinnamon stick and cloves and fry onion with it.Add tomato sauce chilli powder,ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes.Add little salt at this stage.
3.Add cooked noodles and brocolli and toss well.Add soya sauce finally if you want,otherwise just serve as it is with tomato sauce.
