How to make Capsicum (bell pepper) fried Rice step by step ???
- Julienne cut the bell peppers and make it ready.Heat oil in a wok. add the chopped garlic, minced ginger, saute well for few seconds.
- Add in vinegar and soya sauce, saute well. add the steamed rice, mix it with sauce.Saute for few seconds.
- Finally add the pepper powder and remove it from the stove. Garnish it with Spring onions.Delicious fried rice is ready to serve.

Don’t saute the bell pepper for long because the vegetables becomes too soft if you saute it for long.
