Paneer Gobi Masala

Ingredients:

100g cauliflower florets
100g paneer cut into cubes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oil
1 tsp curd
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
few fresh corriender leaves for garnishing.

To grind:

4 small onions
1 tomato
1/2 tsp jeera
1/3 tsp fenugreek seeds
few fresh corriender
3 cashewnuts

Method:

Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the paneer cubes and keep aside.
Grind all the grinding ingredients into fine paste.
In the same kadai,add the grinded paste,ginger garlic paste, chili powder,curd,turmeric powder and let it cook for 5 mins 0r til the raw smell goes.
After 5 mins add the cauliflower florets and paneer into the kadai.Add 1/2 cup of water.Cover and cook for another 2 mins.
Add salt finally.Once it becomes thick transfer it into a serving bowl.Garnish the masala with few fresh corriender leaves.

                                                        Serve it with hot rice/chappathi.
