Long Beans Poriyal

       
                      

Ingredients:

Long Beans cut into medium size 2 cups
Onion 1 finely chopped
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
oil 1 tsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Grated coconut 2 tsp

Method os Preparation:
Wash and cut the long beans into medium size piecesand keep aside.
Heat the oil in the pan and add the mustard seeds.
once the seeds pops out.Add the chopped onions ,trumeric powder , long beans and curry leaves into  it.
 At last add the grated coconut into it.
Half cook is nice to have .
