Ingredients

Instructions
Apply a tsp of oil on 1 big Bell Pepper(200g), 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 4 to 5 Green chilies.
Keep them on wire mesh over Direct Flame and let them roast on medium flame turning all the sides.
Roast until the bell pepper, tomatoes skin is burnt and softened from inside.
Transfer the roasted Bell Pepper, tomatoes, onion and green chilli to the mixie jar and add a tsp salt. Grind it to a fine paste.
Make Tadka, Heat a Pan add a tsp mustard seeds, urad dal let it splutter add curry leaves. Add the ground chutney and mix well.
Once it starts to thicken switch off the stove. That's it Red Bell Pepper Chutney ready!
Notes
Instead green chilies you can use red chilies. You can skip onion too.
