Heat a pan add 1/4 cup Oil, 2 tbsp mustard seeds, 2 tbsp chana dal, let the mustard seeds splutter.
Add ¼ cup peanuts,roast on low flame, till it turn crispy.
Add Hing, curry leaves, 7 dried red chilies, 5 green chilies, salt.
Finally add the turmeric powder and then switch off the stove.
Add ½ cup of lime juice, mix well.
That’s it Lemon rice paste is ready. Cool down completely and store in Air tight container.
It will stay good for 6 months in the fridge!
