Take 300g Tamarind, dry roast till the moisture releases, add 7 dried red chilies and roast it. Once it becomes crips Transfer it to a plate.
Add 1/2 cup chana dal, ¼ cup urad dal roast it till the dal turns light golden and crips. Transfer to a plate.
Dry roast ¼ cup Coriander seeds, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, ¼ cup black Sesame seeds, ½ tbsp fenugreek seeds once the seeds started to splutter transfer it to a plate. Cool down completely and then powder it along with ¼ tsp Hing, 1.5 tbsp salt.
Now dry roast tempering ingredients, roast 1 tbsp mustard seeds, wait till it splutter and then add 6 dried red chilies(broken), 2 tbsp chana dal 3 tbsp peanuts dry roast till the peanuts and dal turn crips. Transfer it to a plate. mix both the powder and the tempering ingredients.
That's it Puliyoudharai mix ready. For Instant Pulisadam, Cook 2 cups of rice with 4 cups of water cool down completely spread it on a plate. Add 2 tbsp gingerly oil mix well. Add 3 tbsp puliyodharai mix powder mix well. Thats it pulisadam ready!
