How to make Ivy Gourd 65 recipe in easiest way and is is very tasty and yummy fry recipe..goes well with all rice varieties.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup besan flour(kadalai maavu)
  • 1/4 cup rice flour(arisi maavu)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp fennel powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 300 gram Tindora/Ivy gourd/kovakkai
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Take 300g wash and Cut the ivy gourd into strips. Add it to a mixing bowl.
  • Add 1/3 cup of besan flour, 1/4 cup of rice flour, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp fennel powder, 1 tsp salt. mix well with the ivy gourd strips.
  • Don't add water intially, mix them well. Make sure the ivy gourd strips are coat well. Now sprinkl water little by little and mix well. It should tight coating not loosely coated.
  • Once coasted you can rest it for 15 mins and then fry them or you can fry immedietely.
  • Heat oil in a Kadai on medium heat, drop slowlly one batch of ivy gourd strips and fry them. Don't turn it immedietly once added.
  • Turn the other side flip and fry them. once it turn crips. Remove from oil.
  • Crispy Ivy Gourd fry is ready to serve!
