Add the Chopped Keerai, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, and 1 tsp salt and saute well. Once the keerai cooked well.
Add the soaked dals and mix well. Add ½ cup water. Pressure Cook for 3 whistles. That’s it Keera Kootu ready!
Notes
Try this keerai kootu with thandu keerai(spinach with stem) it tastes delicious. A combination of Both the dals is very important don’t skip. The same recipe you can try with Cabbage, Chow Chow, or any vegetables too. you can skip onion garlic too
