Quick and Easy Cauliflower Pepper fry(Chettinad special Cauliflower Milagu Varuval)

Ingredients
Roast and powder
3 dried red chilies
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 tsp pepper
½ tsp fennel seeds
other ingredients
300 g cauliflower florets
¼ tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
1-inch cinnamon
3 cloves
2 onions finely chopped
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
curry leaves
½ tsp salt.
Instructions
Dry Roast 3 dried red chilies,1 tbsp coriander seeds,1 tsp cumin seeds,1.5 tsp pepper,1/2 tsp fennel seeds in low flame till you get a nice aroma and powder it.
This powder you can use for mushroom pepper fry, potato, etc.
Take cauliflower florets to add to the boiling water along with ¼ tsp of turmeric powder & ½ tsp salt.
Let it sit for 5 mins and then drain the water.
Now heat a Kadai with 1 tsp oil, add 1-inch cinnamon 3 cloves
Add 2 onions finely chopped and ½ tsp ginger garlic paste saute well.
Add ground masala fry till raw smell goes off.
Add the cauliflower florets, sprinkle some water cover and cook till it becomes soft and dry.
Finally, add some curry leaves toss in high flame for few seconds, and switch off

Notes
after adding curry leaves roast in the high flame that gives a nice flavor
