Add 1 tomato chopped, Vegetables like beans, carrot, green peas, chow chow or Turnip, potato, saute well.
Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Aachi meat masala, or any kulambu masala thool, salt. Saute well till the raw smell goes.
Add the ground coconut paste. + 1 cup water + 1 tsp cream. Cover and Pressure Cook For 2 whistles in the Pressure cooker.
If you are using Instant Pot Close the lid + vent sealed and then cancel the saute mode. Set Pressure cook for 10 mins.
That’s it Manakkum Veg Kurma Ready.

Main ingredients Kulambu masala thool, you can use any kulambu masala thool. cream enhances the tastes and also gives rich kurma texture so don't skip chow chow is the main vegetable taste too good in kurma.
