Beans Stir fry recipe for rice or congee. Malaysian Indian style beans stir fry

Ingredients
  • 250g fresh tender beans
  • 2 thai red chilies
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • ½ stock cubes
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
  1. Chop everything finely like as in the picture and keep ready.
  2. Heat a wok with 1 tbsp oil(preferably sesame oil), in medium to high heat.
  3. Add garlic, onion saute it for 30 seconds, and then add chiles, saute it
  4. Add beans, and stock cube(if no stock cube add ½ tsp salt).
  5. After adding the stock cube or salt the beans started to leave the water, so keep in high flame toss it well for 30 seconds
  6. Finally, add soy sauces and give a nice toss, then switch of that's it.
  7. Beans stir fry ready!
  8. Serve it with any curry of your choice.
Notes
The whole process is just 1 to 2 mins cooking only so keep monitor the veggies they should not burn and at the same time, they should cook properly.
Actual recipe calls for the stock cubes, if you don't have to adjust with salt
After adding the soy sauce don't cook, the beans will turn mushy.
