Green Peas Masala Dosa, Chettinad Pachai Pattani Masala Dosai

Ingredients
Roast and grind
3 tbsp freshly grated coconut,
2 tbsp coriander seeds,
1 tsp fennel seeds,
3 to 4 dried red chilies,
2-inch cinnamon,
3 cloves,
3 cardamoms
⅓ cup of water for grinding
1 green pea soaked overnight
1 tbsp oil,
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 onion chopped,
curry leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato
⅓ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt.
To make Dosa
2 cups dosa batter
Instructions
Take 3 tbsp freshly grated coconut, 2 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 3 to 4 dried red chilies, 2-inch cinnamon, 3 cloves, 3 cardamoms dry roast everything and grind to a smooth paste with ⅓ cup of water. Now Chettinad Masala Paste ready, keep aside.
Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, let it splutter. Add 1 onion chopped, curry leaves fry well till golden, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saute well, add 1 tomato saute till it turns mushy. Add ⅓ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt.
Add the freshly ground masala mix well and let it cook for 7 mins or till the raw smell completely goes off. Add the peas(i used dried peas soaked overnight), mix well.
add ½ cup water. Pressure cook for 3 whistles or till peas become soft. Finally, add some mint & coriander to serve hot. Stuff in dosa or serve with Rotis.
This Masala stays well up to 3 days in the fridge
