How to make Pakoda

Ingredients
  • Pakoda recipe
  • • 3 medium size Onions
  • • 2 tbsp spring onions( key ingredient)
  • • ½ cup Gram Flour (Besan Flour)
  • • ¼ cup Rice Flour
  • • 1 teaspoon grated Ginger
  • • 5-7 Curry Leaves, • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • • A pinch of Baking Soda (soda-bi-carbonate)
  • • Coriander Leaves
  • • Oil, for deep frying
  • • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Take sliced onion in a large bowl
  2. Add gram flour, rice flour, ginger, curry leaves, red chili powder, baking soda, coriander leaves, and salt.
  3. keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle water and mix well(I used 2 to 3 tbsp water only)
  5. Heat oil and fry the pagoda.
