Honey Chili Potatoes are Potatoes are fried and coated with sweet and spicy sauces something similar to Soya Chunk Manchurian but it tastes a little more sweets and Spicy as well. garnished with spring onions and crunchy roasted sesame seeds.

Serves: 4
Ingredients
250 g potatoes, boiled with salt
2 tbsp Corn Flour, 2 tbsp rice flour
Water (for soaking & Boiling potatoes)
Oil - to deep fry
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
3 Green Chilli, finely chopped
¼ cup Capsicum, finely chopped
1 tbsp Sriracha / Chili Sauce
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Vinegar
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Sugar
few Greens of Spring Onion
Instructions
Clean & Cut the potatoes like french fries and then boil in water with 1 tsp salt. just boil it 60-65% it should not be fully cooked. Drain the water immediately and then add it to a plate
Potatoes should be dry. add a tbsp of cornflour, a tbsp of rice flour & ½ tsp salt, coat well with the Potatoes. This is the first coat and mixes well.
Now the second coat, add a tbsp of cornflour, a tbsp of rice flour & ½ tsp salt, add 3 tbsp water and make a semi-thick batter. Now the coat the potatoes are well coated with semi-thick batter.
Heat the oil deep fry the potatoes until they turn crisp. repeat this process for remaining potatoes fry and keep aside.
Now let's make the sauce, heat oil in a pan, add the finely chopped garlic, green chili, onion, and bell pepper saute well.
add the sauces like red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix well.
add the salt, sugar, pepper powder, mix well. Switch off the stove.
Now add in the fried potatoes and mix well. Make sure that the sauces well coated with the soya chunks.
Finally, add the honey and mix well.
Garnish it with spring onions and roasted sesame seeds and serve.
