Ingredients
1 cup Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Baking soda
⅓ cup Thandai Mix
A pinch Salt
½ cup Sugar
⅓ cup melted butter/Oil
½ cup Milk
1 tbsp any vinegar
Instructions
Take a mixing bowl add vegetable oil or ghee, sugar powder. Beat well, till you get the creamy consistency. Seive the dry ingredients like plain flour, Thandai masala, baking powder & baking soda.
Thandai Cake recipe with Thandai Masala, Since we have added Thandai Masala, seive well make sure that there are no impurities. Add the milk and vinegar & blend well. Thandai Cake Batter Ready. Pour the Thandai Cake batter over a greased tin.

Notes
I have used the Thandai Masala to make this cake, I have used ⅓ cups of Thandai Masala. You can reduce the quantity according to your requirement. Adding vinegar to the Thandai Cake mix is the final step so don't add it initially. Once added bake it Immediately otherwise the cake will not rise much.
