Wash and soak the foxtail millet (Thinai Arisi) for 1 hour. Then drain the water completely and then Spread millet over a cotton cloth, let it dry for an hour.
Then grind millet to a fine powder. Sieve the flour and store it in a container. Millet Flour (thinai Arisi Maavu) is ready to make Murukku.
In a bowl add ground foxtail millet(thinai arisi maavu), roasted gram flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, oil, salt, red chili powder, and hing mix well.
add water little by little and knead to make a soft dough. Put 1 handful dough in a murukku kuzhal

squeeze over a ladle or plate or directly on the hot oil.
Heat oil in a pan, put prepared murukku, deep fry till crisp & golden brown.
