Ingredients
  • 200 grams Cottage Cheese (Paneer), sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour (Maida)
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
  1. Take a big bowl and add sliced paneer, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, red chili powder and salt to it. Mix everything well and let it sit for 10 mins.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper powder with some water. Beat this to make a fine and thick paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. Next, dip a paneer piece in the paste and cover it with breadcrumbs. Repeat this for every paneer piece. Prepare this, keep it aside on a plate.
  4. Once the oil is sizzling hot, fry the paneer pieces until they are golden. Strain the extra oil and pat dry with tissue.
  5. Serve this deliciously tempting and crunchy snack hot.
