- 2 raw mango, green mango unripe
- 1 red chilly
- 3 shallots
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅓ tsp salt
- lime juice(optional)
- 15 roasted peanuts
- Take a green mango should not ripen. Trim the head and peel the skin. Cut into thin strips and make ready.
- Cut red chili, shallots and add it to the mango. Add sugar and salt.
- Add the roasted peanut and mix well. You can squeeze green lime if you want.
- Mango is already sour so I skipped adding lime juice. Mango salad is ready to serve.
