Roti Jala Recipe, Vegetarian Roti Jala(Malaysian Delicacy) in 10 mins

- 1 cup maida/all purpose flour
- ⅓ tsp salt
- ⅓ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ cup coconut milk
- water as needed
- Take flour and turmeric powder in a large bowl.
- Add salt. Add coconut milk and beat well, until smooth batter forms.
- Strain batter to remove any lumps.
- Brush a little oil onto a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a little batter into the roti jala dispenser.
- Move the dispenser in a circular motion over the pan to form a lacy pattern. Cook until set.
- This only takes about 2 minutes.
- Slide crepe out of the pan onto a plate. Repeat until all batter is used up.
- When cool enough to handle, fold in both sides of the crepe and roll to form a neat package.
- Serve with your favorite curry
