Jackfruit Ice cream made with Whipping Cream, fresh jackfruits.

Ingredients
1 cup Jackfruit Puree(8-10 Jackfruit + ⅓ cup sugar)
⅓ cup Condensed milk
½ cup Whipping cream/heavy cream
2 Jackfruit(cut into small chunks)
Instructions
Take 8-10 ripen Jackfruits and add it to the mixie jar.
Add ⅓ cup of sugar and blend to smooth paste.
Jackfruit Puree is ready now.
Take the Heavy cream(we can use the Amul Cream) or the whipping cream and beat it till it thickens.
Add the jackfruit puree and mix well
Add the condensed milk and mix well
Finally, add the jackfruit chunks and mix it.
Transfer the Jackfruit ice cream mix into a container.
Cover the container and refrigerate it for 8 hours.
After 8 hours you can serve it. top some jackfruit chunks while serving.
Delicious Jackfruit Ice cream is ready to serve.
Notes
1. Jackfruit Ice cream is very sweet and delicious dessert, so I have used condensed milk and sugar as well. If you prefer less sweet you can avoid adding sugar while purring the Jackfruit 2. for cream, any heavy cream we can use. 3. don't forget to add the coconut chunks it gives nice chunky taste to the ice cream. 4. freeze it for 8 hours or until it set.
